Kitchen-Ready Dough Flour Mix – a high-fibre, gluten-free blend of millet and quinoa flours with tapioca starch and psyllium husk. 100 % plant-based and free from dairy, eggs, soy, corn, potato, rice, and added sugar or fat. Ideal for homemade bread, brioche-style loaves, or rolls.

For one brioche-style loaf (~580 g): combine flour mix, yeast, salt, and lukewarm water (≈40 °C). Knead thoroughly, cover, and let rise until doubled. Shape, place on a baking tray lined with silicone paper, and bake at 190 °C until golden and cooked through (follow your preferred recipe for exact quantities and timing).
Store baked bread or rolls in sealed plastic bags at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze once fully cooled.
