Naturally gluten- and soy-free, it delivers a mild, pleasant flavour and keeps its firm texture after cooking. With 30 % fewer carbohydrates than typical gluten-free pasta and an impressive 36 g of fibre per 100 g, it’s a tasty, high-fibre option for balanced meals.

Cook in boiling water over low heat for 3–5 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, then serve with your favourite sauce or vegetables.
