Mill & Folks, Low Carb Golden Bread Mix, 900g

An artisan, low carb golden bread flour mix that’s kitchen-ready and crafted for sensitive diets. Made in Hungary, it’s free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, rice, and potatoes, and contains no added sugar, starch, or fat. With its high dietary fiber content, it delivers a nutritious, guilt-free base for delicious homemade breads, buns, and pastries.

This 900 g bag yields up to 4 loaves (~410 g each) using a simple recipe.

Yeast Bread (1 loaf):

225 g flour mix

2 g coconut blossom sugar

5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt

315 g lukewarm water (~40 °C)

12.5 g fresh yeast (or 3 g dried)

Mix all ingredients, knead, let rise 45–60 minutes in warm place. Shape, slash top, bake at 190 °C (top and bottom heat) for 70 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Buns (6 pieces, with baking powder):

225 g flour mix

5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt

315 g lukewarm water (~40 °C)

5 g baking powder (½ sachet)

Mix and knead, rest 10 minutes, shape buns, bake at 190 °C for 50 minutes.

Baked bread or buns can be frozen once completely cooled; they remain fresh and soft after defrosting.

At room temperature in a sealed bag: shelf life is 3 days (refrigeration accelerates staling).

Store in a cool and dry place.
