Kitchen-Ready Low Carb Golden Bread Flour Mix – a high-fibre, gluten-free blend of millet, quinoa, and golden flaxseed flours. Naturally vegan and free from dairy, eggs, soy, corn, potato, rice, and added sugar or fat. Ideal for baking low-carb breads, rolls, or buns.

Yeast Bread (~410 g loaf): mix 225 g flour mix, 2 g coconut blossom sugar, 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt, 12.5 g fresh yeast (or 3 g powdered), 315 g lukewarm water (≈40 °C). Knead, cover, and let rise 45–60 min. Shape, score, and bake at 190 °C for 70 min.
Buns (baking powder): mix 225 g flour mix, 5 g salt, 315 g lukewarm water, 5 g baking powder, rest 10 min, shape 6 buns, bake at 190 °C for 50 min. Cool on a wire rack. Baked bread or buns can be frozen once cooled.
