Mister Mie Organic Ramen Noodles. Ramen noodles are visually very reminiscent of Japanese Mie noodles, but are softer and finer in consistency. A treat as a soup ingredient for fine broths, with fresh vegetables and spices, as well as for fried noodle dishes in the wok or pan.

• Cook the noodles for approx. 4 minutes in plenty of boiling water on low heat or soak in a water bath (70 - 80 °C) for approx. 10 minutes, covered.
• Rinse with cold water and drain well.
• Then add to soups, sauté or enjoy as a side dish.
