Bio Planete's black cumin seed oil is gently cold-pressed from high-quality seeds from Egypt (Nigella sativa) and filtered only once. This golden brown oil is characterized by a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid, at a concentration of 54 g per 100 ml. Replacing saturated fatty acids with polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels.

Use cold as an addition to salads, sauces and desserts. Pregnant women should not use it.
