Description

Mixture for baking gluten-free bread. No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars. High content of dietary fiber.

How to use

1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 500 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly.
3. Knead the dough.
4. Put in the oven preheated to 30 - 40 ℃ for 90 minutes.
5. After rising, knead again and shape into a loaf.
6. Put the bread in the oven and increase the temperature to 220℃. Bake for 80 minutes. Store wrapped in a cloth.

Ingredients: White rice flour, gluten-free OAT flour, whole grain rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca, gluten-free OAT flakes, psyllium husk, inulin, Kłodawa salt, yeast.
