Description

Product made from edible kombu seaweed, harvested by hand and dehydrated at low temperature.

How to use

The algae kombu is traditionally used to aromatize the water which is used to prepare soups, stocks, rice, stews, sauces.

Due to its high iodine content, it is recommended to use it only for the elaboration of infusions and stock as follow: Cook at the rate of 1 gram of dried kombu per litre of water for at least five minutes. Once cooked, kombu must be removed.

Ingredients: Kombu * seaweed (Laminaria ochroleuca) (* certified organic ingredient)

May contain molluscs, crustaceans, fish.

Our warehouse is located in Paphos and currently our shop is only operating online. The orders are delivered by courier to your door and pickup points across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Famagusta - All Areas of the southern part of Cyprus!

Free delivery on orders over €90 - by courier and €50 - to pick-up points.
