Arrowroot is very suitable for binding soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. Dissolve the arrowroot in cold water before adding it to the warm liquid. Use approx. 5 grams of arrowroot to bind 250 ml of water.

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
