Physalis, Omega 3, 30 capsules

Physalis Omega 3 vegan contains the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids DHA (50 %) and EPA (20 %), derived from Schizochytrium algae. It is a sustainable source of omega-3, thanks to a smaller ecological footprint and minimal impact on ocean ecosystems. Our daily diet provides us with proportionally too many omega-6 fatty acids and too few omega-3 fatty acids. For this reason, EPA and DHA supplementation is strongly recommended. DHA contributes to normal brain function and vision. Both EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and normal triglyceride levels (beneficial effects are observed with a daily intake of 3 g and 2 g of EPA and DHA, respectively). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from free radicals. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

1 capsule daily. Take with a meal with a small amount of water.
The daily intake of EPA + DHA must not exceed 3 g.
