Pancakes are always a bit festive. If you opt for a healthy batter mixture, you can also eat them for breakfast or lunch. The protein pancake mix from Ambrosiae contains gluten-free grains, sprouted seeds and vegetable proteins from sprouted brown rice. It contains 21 grams of protein per 100 g, without gluten or added sugars! 

Protein pancakes are more or less the same as regular pancakes, but have a much higher protein content. This makes them an ideal snack for those who exercise hard and afterwards want something different from the standard whey protein shake.

A pack of Ambrosiae Protein Pancake Mix contains 2 bags of 100g.

Take 1 sachet of 100 g pancake mix. Add 165ml (vegetable) milk or water. Mix with a hand blender until smooth. Put 3 tablespoons of batter in a greased pan. Bake the pancake until the top is almost dry. Turn around and leave to bake for another 1 minute.
