Description

Mixture for making bread.

How to use

Add 750 ml of lukewarm water and 14 g of fresh yeast to 500 g of the mixture. Mix. Pour the finished dough with the consistency of pancake dough into a buttered and floured tin, cover and leave for 40 minutes to rise. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250°C, then 30 minutes at 190°C. Remove the bread from the tin and bake for 10 minutes until golden crust.
