Organic konjac pearls made traditionally in Gunma, Japan. Ready in 3 minutes, gluten-free and vegan. Very low in calories (14 kcal per 100g) and suitable for salads, soups, sauces, or even desserts (e.g., rice pudding-style dishes, porridge, bubble tea).

How to use

Drain the liquid from the pack. Rinse under cold water, then place in boiling water for 3 minutes (or add to a hot dish and heat through).
