Description

Gluten-free mixture for baking bread from oat flour.


How to use

Knead the contents of the package, 1 packet of dry yeast and 500 ml of lukewarm water briefly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or into a greased baking tin (25 x 10 cm).

Smooth the dough with a moistened spatula and sprinkle with rice flour (1 - 2 tablespoons). Leave the bread to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250°C (top and bottom heat). Bake the bread for 10 minutes at 250°C on a medium rack, then reduce the baking temperature to 220°C and bake for another 50 minutes.

Ingredients: Wholegrain OAT flour (gluten-free)* (34%), corn starch*, wholegrain brown millet flour*, wholegrain buckwheat flour*, potato starch*, buckwheat sourdough powder* (buckwheat flour*), sea salt, thickener: xanthan gum, ground psyllium husks*. (*certified organic ingredient)
