What is konjac flour?

Konjac flour is made from the root of a plant grown in Southeast Asia. The flour is mixed with water to obtain pasta, which has a neutral taste,

but when added to other ingredients of the dish, the pasta absorbs their flavor, so you can enjoy a healthy and delicious meal.

The package contains 2-3 suggested servings of the product for consumption.
