Our pasta is made from the very core (heart) of the Bactris Gasipaes palm. A series of new gluten-free pastas that are ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Include them in your diet and feel the difference! Noodles provide a quick and healthy alternative to conventional wheat noodles and noodles based on SOY flour composition, they are delicious served in Asian vegetable soup or fried with vegetables. Classic egg noodles contain GLUTEN, which occurs mainly in the flour of cereals used to produce the pasta mass. Our palm heart noodles do not contain gluten, we only use the hearts "core" of young, undeveloped palm leaves to produce the noodles.

Preparation method

direct - right after opening the package as an ingredient in cold salads

after heating - just pour hot broth over it

for frying - in a pan or wok as the main ingredient in Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes

in the microwave - reheat for 2 minutes

in the oven - reheat for 5 minutes

Store in a tightly closed container in a cool and dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.
