Preparation of the vegan burger:

1. Mix 125 g of the ready-made mixture thoroughly with 250 ml of very cold water and let it rest for about 3 minutes.

2. Using moistened hands, shape the mixture into burger patties of the desired size.

3. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the vegan burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side over low to medium heat.

Store in a cool and dry place.
