Description

Gluten-free mixture for baking 35 keto chocolate cookies. No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars. Contains sweeteners. High content of dietary fiber.

How to use

1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 1 egg and 100 g of melted, cooled butter. Optionally, you can add 1 egg, 50 g of melted BUTTER and 50 g of almond paste.
3. Mix with a spoon and then knead with your hands.
4. Roll out the dough into a thin cake between two sheets of baking paper and cut out any shapes with a cookie cutter. You can also shape the cookies with your hands.
5. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 ℃.

Ingredients: Almond flour, erythritol (sweetener), coconut flour, dark chocolate without added sugar 8% [cocoa mass 60%, sweetener (erythritol 29.5%, steviol glycosides from stevia 0.03%), cocoa butter, inulin, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (from soy), vanilla flavor], inulin, Ceylon cinnamon, Kłodawa salt.
