The vegan fluffy baking mix is simply prepared by combining it with 270g plant-based drink and then baked in portions (2-3 tablespoons of dough per portion) in a greased pan. You can then refine the golden-brown pancakes as you please. How about classic maple syrup? Or if you like it fruity, try fresh blueberries with some apple purree, cinnamon and some slices of banana! In combination with whipped vegetable cream or melted chocolate, your pancake becomes a sweet and delicous feast.
