Vegan, fluffy and just delicious

Minimal effort, great fun: stacks of vegan indulgence. These American-style pancakes are always a hit, and they’re 100% vegan. Just add 270 ml oat or soya drink, mix and add to the frying pan. Add a few blueberries, maple syrup or agave syrup on top – and there you have it – an extra portion of joie de vivre in all of its variation. Super tasty any time of the day.

Filling height is due to technical reasons. Flours and doughs are not suitable for raw consumption and must always be thoroughly heated!

Preparation: Mix the baking mix well with 270ml soya or oat drink in a bowl. Bake 2-3 tablespoons of batter in a greased pan. Turn when bubbles form. Golden brown = done!
