Veganz, Egg-Alternative Scrambles Eggs, 50g

Egg, egg, egg, what do you see there? The Veganz VEGAN SCRUB EGG makes your breakfast unique! All you have to do is mix this hearty, seasoned egg alternative based on broad beans with water - and you can conjure up vegan scrambled eggs or omelettes for your breakfast table.

Equals 3 eggs

1. Pour the contents into a bowl. Fill the bag up to the mark with cold water (200 ml), add to the powder and stir vigorously with a whisk until a smooth mixture is formed.
2. Heat a teaspoon of oil (4 g) in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan and let it solidify. After about 2 minutes, chop it up with a spatula and turn it over. Do not stir constantly.
4. The Veganz Vegan Scrambled Eggs are ready when they are completely firm and fried on all sides. Refine with pepper and herbs as desired and serve immediately.
