Bauck Organic Green Spelt Burger. Ready made mix for cereal fritters and a cereal content of 84%. With selected ingredients such as green spelt groats, green spelt groats, whole oat flakes and sesame seeds. With its delicious smoky flavour, green spelt forms the basis for this hearty burger mix.

This pack is enough for 6 large or 12 small fritters.
Stir the contents of the pack into 250 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 15 minutes. Shape into tablespoon-sized burgers with moistened hands.
Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.
