Description

Classic BIO gluten-free bread mix

How to use

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Brush a cake pan with coconut oil. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, oatmeal or ground flaxseed.

Pour the mixture into the bowl.

Slowly add 500 ml of strongly carbonated water while stirring thoroughly.

Put the mixed dough into a roasting pan and put it in the oven for 1.5 hours.

After baking, remove the bread from the roasting pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.

Ingredients: Oatmeal * gluten-free, oatmeal * gluten-free, brown rice flour *, plantain husk *, brown linseed *, chia seeds *, Himalayan salt. * certified organic ingredient.

Our warehouse is located in Paphos and currently our shop is only operating online. The orders are delivered by courier to your door and pickup points across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Famagusta - All Areas of the southern part of Cyprus!
